 Beyond Transformations

This quarter, I discovered how to create websites using basic HTML codes. I learned how to structure webpages by using elements like headings, paragraphs, images, and links. These skills gave me a deeper appreciation for how websites are built and how each element contributes to the overall functionality of a webpage. Through hands-on activities, I realized the importance of accuracy and attention to detail when writing codes, as even a small mistake can affect the entire output. It was fascinating to see how a series of codes could transform into something visual and interactive on the web.

One of the challenges I faced was managing my time and retaining the new concepts I learned. With multiple subjects, school projects, and personal responsibilities, balancing everything felt overwhelming. There were instances when I couldn’t dedicate enough time to practicing HTML, which affected my confidence in applying what I learned. Additionally, I sometimes struggled to remember specific tags and their functions, especially when working on more complex tasks. This made completing assignments more time-consuming and frustrating at times, as I had to go back and review lessons frequently.

To address these challenges, I made a conscious effort to improve my time management skills. I created a study schedule that allocated specific times for practicing HTML, ensuring I could focus on it without distractions. I also started using flashcards and creating a summary of commonly used HTML tags to make reviewing easier and more efficient.

Moving forward, I will take more responsibility for my learning by staying consistent and disciplined in my efforts. I plan to continue setting clear goals for each study session and track my progress weekly to see how much I’ve improved. I will also make it a habit to review lessons regularly, even outside of class hours, to strengthen my understanding of HTML. By exerting more effort and staying organized, I am confident that I can enhance my skills and achieve better results in the next quarter.
